How does the free trial work?

You can start a free trial of any Prefinery plan and test our platform with up to 100 users and 200 email sends.

The trial period is for 14 days, but if you need a little extra time just let us know!

How do I start the free trial?

Visit our pricing page and choose any plan.

Do I need to enter my credit card?

Yes, we will collect your credit card details in order to start the trial.

When will my credit card be charged?

At the end of the 14 days, if you haven't canceled, we'll charge your credit card for the plan you selected.

Are there any restrictions?

While all plan features are enabled for you, the trial does come with a limit of 100 users and 200 email sends.

You can remove this restriction at any time, and have access to your plan’s full limits, by ending your trial early. You can do this from the subscriptions page inside your account. Just click the Start button next to the subscription you are currently trialing.

Will you remind me before my trial ends?

Yes, we will send you a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. If you do not cancel your trial within the 14-day trial period, your paid subscription will automatically start, and the card on file will be charged for the monthly subscription price of the plan you were trialing until you cancel the subscription.

Can former customers signup for a free trial?

No, the free trial offer is only available to new customers.
