How to Send an Email Broadcast

Currently, Prefinery only sends transactional email. Email messages are sent when the user takes some action, like signing up, referring a friend, earns a reward, etc.

In order to send an email broadcast to many users at once, without a particular trigger, we recommend using a bulk email tool, such as MailChimp or CampaignMonitor, alongside Prefinery.

You can integrate with many Email Service Providers, by exporting your list of users to a CSV file and re-importing them into the email software of your choice. Alternatively, you can automate this process and sync your user list between Prefinery and over 2,000 other popular web apps, including MailChimp, by using Zapier.
