How to Change Your Billing Contact Email & Billing Address

The email address that you used when you created your Prefinery account becomes the default billing contact email of the account, and is where billing-related emails (e.g. invoices and payment receipts) are sent to.

If you want to change your billing contact email as well as set other information to appear on your invoices like billing address and tax info, here's how:

  1. After logging in, click on the account menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard (as indicated by your initials, or profile photo) and go to Billing > Settings.
  2. In the Manage Billing settings page, change the Email address to your new one. Here you can also specify the Billing Address and other information you'd like to include in your invoices.
  3. Make sure to Save your changes.

With the above change, future invoices and other billing-related emails will be sent to the new billing contact email you've set.
