Is Prefinery compliant with GDPR and CCPA?

Prefinery is absolutely compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and has been since both of those laws went into effect.

Additionally, we participate in the U.S.-E.U. and U.S.-Swiss Privacy Shield Programs, and our Data Processing Amendment, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service, includes the EU Standard Contractural Clauses (SCCs).
