What is a User?

A User is a person in your project identified by their unique email address. You may also think of this person as a Subscriber or a Participant. We call them Users, but it's all the same concept.

Your Prefinery subscription determines the number of users in your project that you can view and manage. If more people sign up than your subscription allows, don't worry, they won't be blocked. We never turn anyone away from signing up for your pre-launch or referral campaign. If you go over your limit you won't be able to view those additional users until you upgrade your subscription.
