How to Install the Signup Form on Carrd

Step 1: Add a Carrd Embed element, set the Type to Code and the Style to Hidden Head. Copy & paste the Prefinery JavaScript code into the Code area. Carrd provides instructions on how to do this, here.

Step 2: Add a second Embed element, set the Type to Code and the Style to Inline. Copy & paste the Prefinery form code into the Code area. Now, position this Embed element on your Carrd page where you want the signup form to appear.
